About Changing Handz Global Consulting
Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and supportive transitional housing for adults experiencing homelessness who are committed to rebuilding their lives. We empower individuals through stable housing, personal accountability, life skills development, and access to community resources that promote long-term independence and self-sufficiency.
We proudly serve adults age 18 and older, including veterans and working individuals, by providing a respectful, structured, and supportive living environment where residents can focus on achieving their personal and financial goals.
At Changing Handz Global Consulting, we believe that everyone deserves a second chance and a safe place to call home. Our transitional housing program was created to help individuals experiencing homelessness move toward permanent housing and greater stability.
We provide a supportive living environment for adults with income who are working, seeking employment, receiving benefits, or participating in approved programs. Our goal is to help residents establish financial security, develop life skills, and successfully transition into independent living.
We are committed to treating every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion while maintaining a safe and structured community for all.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be currently homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have a verifiable source of income
- Be willing to comply with program guidelines and house rules
- Participate in housing stability planning as required
- Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other residents

House Rules
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, residents agree to:
- Treat all residents, staff, and guests with respect
- Maintain cleanliness of personal and shared living areas
- Refrain from violence, threats, harassment, or disruptive behavior
- Follow quiet hours and community guidelines
- Pay program fees or rent as agreed
- Maintain employment, income, or approved program participation
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
